When Mike discovers that he suffers from the same neurological disease than his father, he decides to end his life so as not to end up like him. To do so, he will enter a chain of assisted suicides that operates under one rule: if you want to die, you have to kill someone first.

David Martín Porras

Born in Salamanca, in 1982. After getting his bachelor’s degree in Barcelona and working in Madrid at Pedro Almodovar’s production company (El Deseo), David moved to Los Angeles to study an MFA in Directing at UCLA. David has directed several short films that won coveted awards worldwide: Round Trip, The Widow and Inside the Box. David directed in 2011 his first feature, Stealing Summers, and in 2017 the TV movie Unwritten Obsession broadcasted by Lifetime. He has been nominated for the Spanish Academy Awards in 2016 and his work has been featured in over 100 festivals all over the world.
