Sinopsis

A young girl and her mother escape from a brutal attack by the girl’s own brother.
Finding a place of refuge in the shadow of an abandoned nuclear power station, they
discover that they’ve come to a place of limbo where reality and unreality collide. And
when the brother returns to continue his act of violence, the young girl has to confront
her own ghosts and her own guilt in order to be free of her broken family.

Catherine Linstrum

Catherine Linstrum is a writer and film director. She began her career as an academic
before working for the BBC as a documentary director. She has written several feature
scripts as Dreaming of Joseph Lees (1999), The Counting House (2007) and California
Dreamin’ (Endless) (2007). She also directed several short films as The Black Dog
(1999), Nadger (2010) and Things Fall from the Sky (2016). She is currently developing
a series of projects for cinema and television.
